Smith & Tinker was an American electronic entertainment company founded in February 2007 by Jordan Weisman, Jeremy Bornstein, Lenny Raymond, and Kev Ray.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Resume of Jeremy Bornstein )〕 Weisman later brought in Tim Lebel and Joe Lawandus.
